Reserving a Private Room and Event Date
Once you have decided on your event date and number of guests
please contact a manager to check on availability.
Group size determines which private area is appropriate.
Deposits are required to secure your reservation.
All deposits are non-refundable and will be subtracted from your final bill.
Gratuity is 20% of food and beverage.
There is a $100 ceremony fee for all ceremonies, inside or outside.

The Orvis Room
This room has a large stone fireplace
and is part of the original 100 year old log cabin.
Seats up to 16, rectangular table
(or 18 at 2 tables)
Deposit required. 20% gratuity.

The Trophy Room
The original log cabin main room with a fireplace
and stairs to the loft area. Stunning fireplace
and cypress tree lined walls and staircase.
Seats 30 (50 for a stand up cocktail reception)

This room is available on a very limited basis.
The Pullman Room
Great views of the grounds and creek. Patio access and privacy.
Seats up to 20, rectangular tables.
$200 deposit. Seasonal minimums apply.
The Entire Rainbow Lodge Dining Room, Patios and Bar
May be reserved for a private function over 100 people.
Maximum seated capacity - 175 people
Maximum stand-up cocktail party - 250 people
There is a $500 restaurant rental fee plus minimum food and beverage expenditures quoted upon request.
Rainbow Lodge and its beautiful grounds are the perfect backdrop for weddings. If you are looking for an outdoor ceremony, consider our landscaped lawn and winding stone path and landing. Then return to the comfort of our lodge and its patios for your celebration, be it a cocktail reception with passed hors d' oeuvres or a seated dinner.
For smaller weddings or engagements, our sophisticated log cabin setting and warm fireplaces create intimate ceremony sites with cozy private rooms for dinner afterwards.
For larger receptions, 75-250, we devote the entire Rainbow Lodge to your event. Our creative kitchen and attentive staff are at your service for all the details from the ceremony through the last dance. Crisp linens, fine tableware and a beautiful atmosphere are already in place. Let our catering director help you personalize your wedding with creative custom menus paired with perfect wines.
There is a $100.00 fee for all ceremonies at the Rainbow Lodge, inside or outside.

Field and Stream . . . Rainbow Lodge celebrates the Texas outdoors "in style" with its refined collection of hunting and fly fishing artwork. The Famous "Tied Fly Bar" is a great place to start your rehearsal dinner with passed appetizers and then move into one of our private rooms for a mouthwatering meal highlighting Regional Texas Gulf Seafood and Wild Game Specialties. Our 4 Private Rooms seat 12-72 for rehearsal dinners. You can also reserve the entire restaurant for groups over 75.

All a/v rentals have a $65 delivery fee
The Rainbow Lodge charges $1.50 per person for outside cakes.
This may also be referred to as a "cake cutting" fee.
We are happy to provide floral centerpieces at your request.
They start at $50 each plus tax and $20 delivery.
Rainbow Lodge is pleased to assist you in your entertainment selection.
We can recommend fabulous bands, DJs, harpists, comedians, puppeteers, etc.
Menus and Place Cards
We will provide printed menus and place cards for 75 cents each.
Extra parking valets are required for large private parties.
Every party with 30 Guests or more must pay a $75 Valet fee.
